I'm a regular visitor to Royal Suites and always appreciate our time here. The staff are so warm and friendly, the food is good and the pool is heavenly -- not to mention the good size suites! I noticed some upgrades and improvements this last time I was here - well done! Will keep coming back for more and more!

I stayed here 3 times so far, I love it, as the rooms on the side that faces Tank hill and Muyenga provide amazing views and even some early morning bird watching. The pool is big and except on the weekends, when it gets a bit crowded, it is mostly always rather quiet and great for a proper swim. Rooms are spacious, a bit run down, but still very much OK (for example Africana rooms at same price are much worse). The only thing to be careful is not to sit in the garden when the fumigation of garden takes place... that is one scary thing and smells awful. So best to investigate on the timing of that before sitting down for a dinner by the pool. Also, on weekends, the noise from the pool as they host events can run up to late hours, but if you shut your windows it is pretty ok. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel has reasonable security and is family friendly. It has a nice outdoor swimming pool with a lifeguard and kids pool. The conference rooms are adequate, spacious and clean, with attentive staff and nice treats at coffee breaks. Friendly & attentive staff at the hotel. The food in the dinning room for breakfast and lunch is healthy, delicious, local and plentiful. An enjoyable and good value hotel.

Was there for a 2 day meeting. Service was exceptional. Food was great and very delicious. I strongly recommend their lunch buffet. Internet was great when on, but sometimes it went off. Generally, great place for a business meeting.

I was here for a few days for a conference, the facilities were great. I did workout classes, massages, and swimming, which was a nice change to other resorts. It gave me a flavour of Ugandans lives rather than just a hotel. The fitness class was so much fun, and Anita and Moren gave amazing massages. The food was okay, and I wished they gave more bottles of water. I had a 3 bed suite and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen which was way too big for what I needed. The rooms are a bit dated, particularly the kitchen and I had a few problems with my air conditioner. Nonetheless it was a nice escape for a few days. Not much around though, but was perfect for conference when everything is on site.

It's one of my favourite places When it comes to outings and relaxation because their services are good.

We had our wedding here. Helpful people, good food and they took care of everything. Would use them again.
