We had a contract for 2 lincolns and a 4 seater silver convertible Mercedes with photo displayed as we had a matching silver Mercedes offered by a friend to make a convoy of 2 cream lincolns and 2 silver Mercedes.Paid 1.3m cash down. Low behold on the day we got a white convertible 2 seater so were stranded at the saloon with 2 peg boys with no where to sit. Apparently the agreed car developed a mechanical fault that morning. Had a heated phone call with them that morning before the wedding ceremony and had the worst customer service response ive ever had. I only wish that the way they demanded payment for the cars was matched with the delivery or better still gd customer service when they knew they had breached our contact. I wouldn't be here.
